So Oprah Called...

So Oprah called or at least I thought it was Oprah! I keep getting these blocked/unavailable calls. At first I thought just a regular phone solicitor, right? I answer the phone to be placed on hold. Who else calls somebody and then makes them wait on hold to speak to someone....OPRAH!!

I finally waited out the call only to realize that it wasn't Oprah. In fact it was some man that sounded foreign?! You can imagine my confusion when I realize it wasn't her. I kindly explained to him that you don't just repeatedly call someone and place them on hold for long periods of time unless you are OPRAH!!

After my precise explanation of the situation, he had the nerve to actually try and sell me something I wasn't listening! That's when I politely HUNG UP on him! Needless to say, he hasn't called back but neither has Oprah!

So I didn't cuss at anybody today! Better than yesterday, those baby just kept flying out. I can't afford the cuss jar anymore so I have decided, its simple mind over matter.

That worked for most of the day even through my throwing the dish rag at my husband's head. Don't worry about his noggin, I'm not that good. What can I say I'm pretty...at least that is what I tell anybody listening.

As far as diet and exercise....it's out the door until the husband or my calorie nemesis goes back to work. He works too much so if he is home we sit and "veg". (BTW...why is veg my most used term consider "sitting in one place binge eating" deprived from vegetables...because we all come from vegetables?! Don't get me start on my vast conspiracy theories!)

Right now I'm trying very hard to come up with a quick easy idea for my daughter's birthday. Its one week from today and I promised her I would make her something special. She was feeling jealous of her sister. For her birthday I made her a pink Wonder Woman cape. Yes I said pink...I know what color it's suppose to be but you don't know my 4 year old! It was pretty awesome if I do say so myself. Don't be shocked I do possess a little of bit of crafty ways under these blond highlights. This girl has been known to sew...once again close your mouth...the flies.

It's not so surprising that things change, it is so surprising that I haven't realized it until now! Like most people, I have been caught up in my own drama. Lots of drama, nonsense drama, crazy crazy drama. (Does it make it more dramatic if I write it a couple of times?)

I'm done with drama....well other people's drama at least for now. Now I am back to blogging! 

Blogging for me is like that skinny pair of jeans in the back of the closet. You so want to wear them but it involves giving up Dr.Pepper, chocolate, and eating out and EXERCISING! I know "eating out" is like a cuss word, well if I am being honest so is exercising. You don't want to say it. It just happens! Or life happens and you say it!

SO here's to cussing in my skinny jeans!
